Issue at checkout

I don't have the option for FREE SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING is only available to orders totalling over $50.
If a discount is applied at checkout and your total order cost drops below $50 then you will not be eligible for FREE SHIPPING. 
Perfect chance to add a few more items in the cart to ensure you don't miss out on the FREE SHIPPING option.

 

DELIVERY

When will my order ship?

Orders normally ship within the day your order was placed or next business day if your order was placed outside of business hours.
Orders may take a bit longer to process due to popularity of an item or due to store promotions. 
Once your order has been shipped a confirmation will be sent via email along with the tracking number for your peace of mind.

Which carrier do you ship with?

All orders are shipped with our local carrier, Australia Post. 

For all international orders we cannot confirm who the parcel carrier may be with.

My Package says 'Delivered' but I didn't receive it?

Don't stress o! You may just want to check with your household or neighbours to see if anything has arrived. It may also help to contact the carrier of your package as they might be able to provide an update quicker. If not please feel free to contact us and we'll investigate further. Keep in mind it may take between 3-5 business days for us to respond so please do the best you can on your end and we'll ensure to do the best we can on ours.  

What happens if my package has been returned?

If your order has been returned back to us by the carrier due to being 'Undeliverable' then a refund will be issued where you will need to re-purchase the items once again.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are based on current rates offered by our local carrier at a discounted price so you don't have to spend a lot for shipping costs and get more of the things you do like.

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order. Chioma Fashion is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

*Please note, Chioma Fashion is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Auspost to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. 

 

Issue with your order

I need to change the mailing address on the order!

You will need to contact us within 24 hours upon purchase. Chioma Fashion will not be held responsible after this timeframe and therefore unable to change the delivery details of the order. You may be able to check by using the tracking number provided to contact the carrier and update your delivery details through their website.

Can I change the billing address on my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. The bright side is as long as you've entered the correct mailing address then you will still receive your order.

  

Delayed 'Order Confirmation' emails

Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as a new promotion.

If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please email us and we will assist you further.
